Santoku Blade Knife with Texas Mesquite Handle

Offered in July 2023 this extremely limited release of these Santoku blade knives in collaboration with Texas Sage Forge sold out quickly.  Santoku translates as 'three uses' and are ideal for mincing, dicing and slicing.  These knives feature a straight edge with a narrow sheep's foot blade. These knives have evolved from the traditional Japanese vegetable knife which has a rectangular blade.

Forged and shaped in Texas from reclaimed steel from a 1940’s era farm plow blade found in Fredericksburg, Texas at Legend Hill Enterprises these heirloom quality knives will last. Paired with a Texas mesquite handle this custom hand crafted knife will elevate your chef game while getting you rave reviews.  Additionally each knife will come with the custom sheath shown in the above images.
