It's also useful for tasks like smashing garlic, crushing spices, and mincing herbs. 

Hand forged and shaped in Texas from reclaimed steel from a tractor trailer leaf spring that plied the roads of Texas these heirloom quality knives will last. Paired with a Texas mesquite handle this custom hand crafted knife will elevate your chef game while getting you rave reviews.  Additionally each knife will come with the custom leather sheath shown in the above images.
