Steak and Egg Skillet Hash

Ingredients

2 Ribeye steaks (1-1.5" thick)

3 Large eggs

1 Bag shredded hash browns

2 Tablespoons butter

Salt and Pepper

Optional: garlic, thyme, rosemary, or chili flakes for added flavor

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions

1. Pan fry the steak and let rest.

2. Once steak is resting add butter to skillet and fry the hash browns until crispy and golden crust forms.

3. In a separate skillet prep scrambled eggs.

4. Serve the scrambled eggs alongside the steak and hash browns.

5. Add any desired seasonings or garnishes and enjoy.
